Directed by Chris Peterson. First 5 double rounds played with the USCF scholastic bughouse rules. Second 5 double rounds played with Jeffco Chess Club rules: Same except; False mate claims lose on the spot. Clocks face away from your partner so you can only see your own clock, not your partner's. You cannot suggest an exact move to your partner. You can say, " I have way more time" or "The clocks are almost even" but you cannot state your EXACT time difference. Each player must find a different partner for the second tournament. The bughouse tournaments will be followed by a normal $5 unrated blitz tournament. A fine, fun day of unusual chess in downtown Denver. Free meter paring on Sundays.
